Work

2025–

Manifest and BIK

I lead product design across Manifest and BIK. I set the strategy and design direction, then build alongside engineering to get it to production.

  • Agentic design: workflows for building, training and running AI agents across sales, marketing and support.
  • Conversational UX: Manifest, an AI shopping assistant for ecommerce stores and platforms, covering discovery, recommendations, support and conversion, with rich responses, actions and in-context interface.
  • Agent systems: design for training, skills, intents, evals and runtime analytics, so how an agent is set up connects to how it actually performs.
  • Leadership: I work with product, engineering and leadership to turn new AI capabilities into products people use, and to build interaction patterns that hold up across complex B2B products.
Manifest recommendations: three M'Next heel cards, each priced, with add to cart.

2024–2025

Avataar

Product designer in Bengaluru, from February 2024 to March 2025. I worked on the flagship products Creator and Velocity, and on the design system across both.

Creator is a tool for retailers to make 3D videos, pages, and configurators for product listings. Velocity turns a product link into a marketing video.

On Velocity, people could make a video before they logged in. About 70% of visitors did. Logins went from 6% to 40%. Usability moved from a SUS of 48 to 64.

Odyn Reality

Cofounder and head of design, from 2018 to 2021. I managed product, design, and development for clients in Japan, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and India.

We built VSpace, a customizable microverse cluster, and Vizard, a 3D cross-platform product visualization and collaboration tool.

For Panasonic Japan, usability work on an engineering simulation moved engineering design to manufacturing productivity up 32%. For construction firms, a BIM simulation let engineers see building models on phones and iPads. With Humense in Australia, a real-time volumetric simulation for Orbispace.
